                                        Are you Too Stressed Out?

Chances are that you are stressed out? The demands of society and the work place are becoming too much for you to handle.

Slowly slowly, the burdens of life and its circumstances become too much for you to handle and you keep thinking whether you would ever be able to overcome these situations. This adds even more to the stress levels as we keep thinking about it and keep trying hard to overcome these stressful situations. We keep imagining and day dreaming about the day when we will be able to conquer stress and be able to live happily again. This makes us even more sad when we come back to reality and find that the situation is just not under our control.

The brain keeps nagging you and a stream of negative thoughts continue to flow into your brain. I know how frustrating this feels. You just want to get away from all this. And in most extreme cases, a person just wants to lift up his hands and say " I surrender, I cant do it anymore!" But, this cant really happen in real life situations. A person has to keep going on and has to learn to overcome his stress.

The best way to  get relief from stress:

Here's a simple technique that I use to get some relief from stress.

For me, the most successful stress relief technique was to be able to slow down my stream of thoughts, because most of the times it is the constant mind chatter that causes stress. Thoughts keep telling you about some negative things that could happen to you; about the raise that you may not get; and the thought that says that you wont be able to handle this;  These thoughts just keep coming in endlessly and are the number 1 cause for sleepless nights.

Therefore to keep stress away it is necessary to keep these negative thoughts out of your mind.

When you learn to slow down your mind chatter you will find that you are not getting stressed anymore.

A few ways to slow down your thoughts and to stop the mind chatter is to start meditating. Learn to relax yourself.
