Achieving Inner Peace and Abundance

Get rid of your stress and experience inner calm and peace Now!

How many times do we get so stressed out that we dont know what to do and we are ready to tear our hair out in frustration.
The nagging voices in our head just dont stop and we keep working due to our urges . Our actions arise out of ego and frustration and not from the depths of our self
which would make it more positive and purposeful.

What if we could end the inner turmoil and find an oasis of peace within all this chaos.
Living in a state of worry or doubt just tends to increase our risk of diseases and weakens our immune system. It is also shown by studies that mental stress and
depression have harmful effects on our heart and even the nervous system.
Not only this, it is our beliefs and thoughts which keep us away from success and no matter how much we run after it or how desperate we are, it just keeps moving
away from us. Most of the times, we are either worrying about our future or regretting the missed opportunities of the past. Can you imagine how much stress this
causes us?

Now, without making you wait any longer here's how to achieve inner peace and abundance within the chaose:

Your first task would be slow down the thought process.

But, how do you slow down the thought process?

The technique is to stop feeding it your energy. The thoughts keep coming up because we are interested in them and it is our interest which keeps providing it with
more energy and thus the process continues.
Now, if we just stop paying attention to these thoughts then we are not feeding it anymore. This technique is actually very similar to the Power Pause technique, but
I learnt it from the release technique.

Whenever a thought comes, just let it go. Don't try to hold on to it or to control it. Just let it go. If the thoughts keep coming just tell them thought that you will
deal with them later and they will slow down very quickly.

When you manage to do this you will find a sense of calm prevailing over you. You will be able to sense the background of silence that's behind all the chatter, the
empty space that surrounds every object and the gap between the thoughts which come up. The slowing down of the thought process is a simple but very powerful
technique and will make you feel so calm that you start feeling like a zen monk.
